Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we were founded by entrepreneurs Stan Johnson and Joshua Campbell. Stan was the Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Stan Johnson Company for over 30 years prior to its sale in 2022. Josh worked with him there for several years as a Managing Partner.

 

For years, Stan and Josh have worked together in a separate partnership – TruCore Investments – which focuses on class B industrial investments and currently manages approximately $250m in assets.

 

After the sale of Stan Johnson Company, Stan and Josh formed Expedition Storage to focus on Class A/B enclosed boat & recreational vehicle storage and self storage. They are actively looking for existing and development opportunities in high-growth primary and secondary markets near major lakes and coastal areas.
