As an Investment Analyst, Brody assists in the underwriting of new investment opportunities, gathers market intelligence, prepares equity offering memorandums, assists in the development and maintenance of financial forecasting models, coordinates property due diligence, and creates investor reports. Brody played baseball at Oral Roberts University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. Before coming to Expedition Storage, Brody worked as a Financial Coordinator for Flintco, assisting in the financial processes for commercial construction projects.
